This tool reacts on your ability to relax: with the aid of biofeedback measurement, the software ''knows'' if you are getting relaxed. The more you relax, the more the "bubbles" in the game move towards the center. If you loose your relaxation level, the "bubbles" diverge from the center. After the several levels of the tool have been completed, you can examine your relaxation behaviour with the help of a graphical visualization. The main goal of this tool is to get a first feel for your own relaxation behaviour. This way you can find an approach to relax fast and effective - based on objectively measured values. If you found a good way to relax, you will be able to master all levels of the tool ''Balance''. Your task in this tool: Relax! The more you relax, the more the "bubbles" will move to the center. Try to bring the "bubbles" to the center to complete a level. Each level will be harder. |

This tool reacts on your ability to relax and to activate. You have to navigate a moving ball around obstacles. You can do this by getting into a relaxed state of mind (the ball goes down and below an obstacle) and by getting activated and attentive (the ball goes up). Can you move the ball through the whole map just by relaxing and activating? The main goal of this tool is to gain flexibility regarding your ability to relax and to activate. This way you will learn to change fast from relaxed to activated and attentive states of mind. You will be capable to relax on demand and as desired to be awake and on the spot a moment later. Your task in this tool: Train to relax and to activate by navigating the moving ball across the map full of obstacles! The faster you are able to change between relaxation and activation, the faster you will move through the different levels of the tool ''Way through''. |

This tool reacts on your ability to concentrate. Every change in the state of our mind and every distraction (measured by biofeedback) will make the ball move from its center position. ''Balance'' makes us aware of how changeable our states of mind are, how easy it is to lose the balance. If you get unfocused, the ball moves to the left side. If you start getting nervous and lose our peace of heart the ball moves to the right. The main goal of this tool is to increase your ability to concentrate in an efficient way. You will get more resistant to external disturbances (noise, unexpected situations) and you will be capable of focusing on your essential things. You can increase steadily the sensitiveness of the device to make it detect the smallest distraction. Your task in this tool: Concentrate! Keep the ball in the middle of the balance beam. If you get unfocused or start getting nervous, the ball will show this to you at once! Try to keep the ball in the center position for a certain time. |
