Q.	Does the Handler work on door knobs?
Ans.	The overwhelming majority of public buildings do not have doorknobs because of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Since 1990, the ADA has established minimum standards for commercial and non-profit enterprises to minimize discrimination and ensure accessibility when designing and constructing a new facility or altering an existing facility. The ADA has established the “closed fist test” for door handles. It is now required that entrances to public buildings and bathrooms have a door handle that can be opened with the closed fist of one hand to ensure a person with limited use of their hands can access the building
