Can we use other oil solutions in ORCA Air?

No. It will not be as effective when compared to using our ORCA formulated oils. Most oils are lighter than water and so when you pour the oils into the container, it will float above the water. The oil will be forced to the side of the container when the revitalizer is operational. As such, you may enjoy the scent but the molecules of the oil may not be diffused into the surroundings to neutralise the aero-allergens etc. 

ORCA oils are uniquely formulated to work effectively with ORCA Air. They are also anti-bacterial, non-flammable non-toxic and environmentally safe. 

How effective is ORCA Air when purifying the air?

The ORCA system is probably the only commercially affordable system in the market today capable of eliminating 90% of the spores in a 800 sq ft room with a more than 10,000 spore count within 3 days. It is uniquely designed to provide greater diffusion span and larger impact.

The ORCA system not only purifies air, it effectively diffuses the molecules of ORCA uniquely formulated oils to neutralise and eliminate spores, bacteria, mould, fungi and other Volatile Organic Compounds. In addition, it produces negative ions, humidifies and also offers you the benefits of aromatherapy. It is only with the combination of this multifunctional process that enables ORCA to be highly effective.

How long will the scent of the oils last?

These aromas linger in varying amounts of time, depending on the volatility of each oil, quantity of oil used, the humidity of the room and the individual’s sensitivity to smell.

How often do I need to change the water?

We recommend a change of water daily or once in every 2 days.

Can we mix the different ORCA oils?

All ORCA solutions can be used in conjunction with each other for an enhanced experience.

Can ORCA oil solutions be used for other applications?

As they are formulated for water-based application, you can use a small amount in your machine wash to remove bacteria and to scent up your laundry. Using a small amount of lavender in your bath will leave you calm and relaxed, especially when you are preparing a good night’s sleep.

Can one use ORCA oils during pregnancy?

You should consult your doctor prior to using our solutions during pregnancy. For example, as ORCA lavender solutions are believed to be able to lower one’s blood pressure, pregnant women who are suffering from hypotension should avoid using it.

If I run ORCA Air for 7 days continuous, will it overheat?

No. ORCA Air is manufactured in compliance with the highest safety standards. The housing material is fire retardant and the motor is top grade, fully certified, water-resistant and has a thermal cut-off at 115 degrees celcius.

How much electricity does ORCA Air consume?

ORCA Air consumes only 14 watts, which is much less than an ordinary bulb.
